Delivery Coverage and Prices
We deliver throughout Bulgaria to a Speedy or ECONT office and to your address via courier. The delivery cost is calculated based on the parcel’s weight and destination. Our system automatically calculates the delivery cost after you enter your address and preferred delivery method. If you qualify for a free delivery promotion, a notification will appear on the screen and the delivery charge will be deducted automatically.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from receipt of the order. Deliveries to an address are made between 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Delivery times may vary on weekends, public holidays, and for remote locations. We recommend placing your order as early as possible before your preferred delivery date. For specific delivery requirements, please contact us or leave a comment when placing your order. Within the city of Sofia, we also offer same-day express delivery, available only for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. and subject to product availability, at a cost of €2.04. All express orders will be delivered between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Payment
You can pay online by card or in cash.
Packaging and Claims
Your products will arrive in secure and sturdy packaging, and you can also order gift wrapping. When we ship by courier, the products are wrapped in protective film to ensure they reach you clean and without shipping labels attached to them.
