Description

Copeland – Jones 1778 Navy Strength Gin 0.7 L is a refined Irish Navy Strength gin from Copeland Distillery in Donaghadee, Northern Ireland—inspired by maritime history and the victory of Captain John Paul Jones in 1778. This special release is bottled at 57% ABV and aged in oak casks, adding distinctive complexity and richness.

Aroma: powerful and intense, with pronounced juniper supported by saline maritime nuances and notes of caramel, wood, and spice derived from maturation in Kentucky bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.

Palate: rich and full-bodied, opening with a bold juniper удар, followed by caramel, spices, citrus, and a lightly dry, woody core that brings warmth and depth.

Finish: long and complex, with a dry, gently spicy close and lingering sweetness from the cask influence.

Serving suggestions:
Perfect for a Gin & Tonic over large ice, garnished with a slice of apple or orange to highlight the rich aromas. Also excellent neat over ice or in cocktails that call for a strong, characterful gin with depth.

Why choose Copeland – Jones 1778 Navy Strength Gin?
A gin with character and history—bold in style, combining a traditional gin foundation with the influence of oak, bourbon, and sherry casks for a more complex profile. An excellent choice for connoisseurs seeking a powerful, layered, and battle-inspired gin, suitable both for sipping and for intensely flavored cocktails.
