It is built around an unusual combination of classic gin botanicals, fresh citrus, oriental spices and Chinese gunpowder tea — green tea leaves rolled into small pellets. The gin is slowly and carefully distilled by hand in copper pot stills, with some botanicals distilled directly and others added through vapour infusion.
