Normindia Barrel Aged is a refined evolution of the classic Normindia Gin, crafted at the family-run Domaine du Coquerel distillery in Normandy. After distillation, the gin is aged in French oak barrels previously used for Calvados, a process that lends the spirit a distinctive and unmistakable character.

The aroma is warm and complex, revealing notes of vanilla, baked apples, gentle spices, and subtle woody tones, seamlessly interwoven with the botanical backbone of juniper, citrus, and oriental spices. The palate is silky, rich, and smooth, offering a maturity reminiscent of fine brandy—yet unmistakably retaining its gin soul.

Ideal enjoyed neat, over a large ice cube, or as a sophisticated base for an Old Tom Negroni, Barrel-Aged Martini, or even a French 75 with a twist.
