Tenjaku Gin combines a distillation of more than 10 refreshing botanicals with a distinctly Japanese essence: fresh seasonal peaches from the Yamanashi region, sansho pepper with its unique husk unlike any Western spice, yuzu with an aroma evocative of Japan, and green tea offering an appealing astringent, herbal character. Together, these flavours create a botanical gin with a distinctive, authentic taste.
Botanical ingredients include: juniper, orange peels, yuzu, sansho pepper, angelica root, cassia bark, green tea, and peach juice.
Tenjaku Gin received 93 points at the New York International Spirits Competition and was awarded “Japanese Distillery of the Year” for 2022.
