This gin represents a very classic expression of London Dry, focusing on a single citrus element — dried orange peel. Its profile is rounded, with earthy spices and a balance between bitterness and sweetness.

Soft and rounded on the nose. Juniper is still present, followed by a bittersweet candied orange character. Subtle floral notes lighten the aroma. On the palate, there are bold flavours of candied orange, a gentle touch of white pepper, and a solid juniper backbone. It appears slightly sweeter and softer than the original. A pleasant, oily texture cools the mouth. The orange carries through to the finish, with juniper remaining present and complementing the citrus notes. Lightly earthy and woody in character.
